Simply Amazing Apples began with a season of change, creativity, and the desire to build something meaningful. When my daughter entered high school, I made the decision to step back and allow her the space to grow into her own person. For years, I had been deeply involved in every part of her life — serving as a Girl Scout leader, PTA president, volunteering with drama boosters, and dedicating my time to our school community. Suddenly, life became much quieter, and I found myself searching for a new purpose.

What started as a way to fill that unexpected free time quickly became a passion. I had always loved attending vendor markets and special events, and friends and family constantly encouraged me to share my homemade caramel apples — crafted from a rich buttery caramel recipe and designed with beautiful presentation in mind. So, I signed up for a few local craft fairs, not realizing that decision would become the beginning of Simply Amazing Apples.

From the very beginning, I envisioned something different from the traditional confectionery experience. I wanted to create elevated gourmet treats with unique flavor profiles, luxurious presentation, and handcrafted artistry — desserts that felt just as beautiful as they tasted. At a time when most caramel apples felt ordinary, I wanted every creation to feel memorable, indulgent, and gift-worthy. Using crisp Granny Smith apples, premium chocolates, rich handmade caramel, and carefully curated toppings, each product is handcrafted in small batches with attention to detail, flavor, freshness, and presentation.
