Because our products are perishable, we take special precautions during packaging and shipping to help maintain freshness, presentation, and product integrity during transit.

Shipping Locations:
Simply Amazing Apples currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Times:
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted during holidays, special events, or seasonal launches. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers selected based on destination, transit time, and product type.

Shipping delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal shipping volume.

Warm Weather & Perishable Shipping:
Many of our gourmet products are temperature-sensitive and require additional protection during warmer weather conditions.
To help preserve product quality during transit, Simply Amazing Apples may include:
• Insulated packaging
• Ice packs or cooling materials
• Climate-control packaging protection
A Climate-Control Packaging Fee may be automatically added to qualifying orders when temperatures or shipping conditions require additional product protection for food safety and quality preservation.
While we take every reasonable precaution to package products carefully, we cannot guarantee against melting, softening, or minor cosmetic changes caused by extreme temperatures, shipping delays, or carrier handling beyond our control.
Customers are strongly encouraged to retrieve delivered packages promptly and avoid leaving shipments outdoors, inside vehicles, or in hot environments.

Second Day Air Shipping Requirements: 
To help maintain freshness and product quality, orders shipping to the following states may require Second Day Air shipping:

  • Washington
  • Oregon
  • California
  • Arizona
  • Nevada

*Additional expedited shipping charges may apply based on destination and seasonal temperatures.

Delivery Responsibility: 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Simply Amazing Apples is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Weather-related delays
  • Damage caused by packages left unattended after delivery

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available for online orders from our Smyrna, Tennessee kitchen location. Customers selecting Local Pickup will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

  • Refrigerate caramel apples if not enjoyed within 1–2 days
  • Store treats in a cool, dry place or refrigerated as recommended
  • Avoid exposure to direct heat or sunlight

Online Orders Required:
All local pickup orders must be placed online in advance through our website. At this time, we do not offer walk-in shopping or in-store browsing.

Because our gourmet apples and treats are handcrafted in small batches, ordering ahead helps us ensure freshness, product availability, and the best customer experience possible.

If you are hoping to place a same-day order or need immediate availability, please contact us before ordering to confirm product availability and scheduling.

Availability for same-day orders may vary based on production schedules, seasonal demand, markets, and special events.
