At Simply Amazing Apples, we take great pride in creating handcrafted gourmet apples and specialty confections using premium ingredients and carefully selected products. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are committed to providing exceptional quality and service with every order.

Because our products are perishable food items made fresh to order, all edible product sales are generally considered final. However, if an issue arises with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and help make it right whenever possible.

Perishable Product Policy:

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our gourmet treats, Simply Amazing Apples does not accept returns on edible products.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Perishable food products
  • Melted products resulting from weather exposure after delivery
  • Orders left unattended after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our control
  • Minor cosmetic variations that naturally occur with handcrafted products

Each item is carefully handcrafted, dipped, decorated, and packaged by hand, which means slight variations in appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Damaged Orders or Quality Concerns:

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a product quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can properly review your concern.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and external packaging
  • Photos of the inside of the apple, if applicable
  • The lot number listed on the product tag, when available

When appropriate and approved after review, Simply Amazing Apples may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

Each claim is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer:

Simply Amazing Apples is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or mishandled by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier for delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and promptly retrieving delivered packages, especially during warm weather conditions.

We strongly recommend shipping edible products to an address where someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery.
